You own talentpool of qualified candidates
After a recruitment and qualifying process by Praca.Work recruiters candidates are available for direct contact by your recruiter(s) in your own ‘company talentpool’ on Praca.Work. They can contact the candidates by message, e-mail, call or even book a video interview. During this process Praca.Work recruiters are connected with your recruiters to efficiently make the perfect match together.

Basic Licence
Praca.Work charges a result based fee per working hour in our ‘Basic licence’. This package is most suitable for small businesses or bureaus who require a small number of candidates and who don’t require the services of a dedicated or even ‘inhouse’ Praca.Work recruiter.

Essentials Licence
‘The Essentials’ package is designed for companies or agencies who continuously need candidates to fulfill their existing vacancies. The company gets an inlog to their own ‘talentpool’ on Praca.Work with an average of 50 or even more qualified and available candidates. A dedicated Praca.Work recruiter is in close contact with the recruiters of the company to get the best qualified candidates. A short training or workshop is available to learn how the Praca.Work platform works.

The complete package
‘The Complete’ package is designed for companies or agencies who continuously need a large amount of candidates to fulfill their existing vacancies. Besides unlimited acces to our talent pools Praca.Work recruiter(s) work ‘inhouse’ of your company to recruit, qualify, contract and plan candidates together with your team.

All over Europe
